Disruption Risk: -1 to 0 (-1 = AI destroys business model, 0 = impervious). Moat: 0 to 1 (0 = no moat, 1 = strong moat — dampens disruption). AI Upside: 0 to 1 (0 = no tailwind, 1 = core AI beneficiary). AI Leverage: 1 to 10 (how much the company has bet on AI — 1 = modest, 10 = extreme leveraged play). Formula: AI-Beta = (Disruption × (1 − Moat)) + (AI Upside × AI Leverage). Range: −1 (AI destroys value) to +10 (extreme AI bet). High leverage names (+5 to +10) carry binary risk — ideal for equity, dangerous for debt.
